About

Globeof Tanks (WoT) is a massively multiplayer online game developed by Belarusian company Wargaming, featuring 20th century (1910s–1970s) era combat car. It is built upon a freemium business model where the game is free-to-play, but participants also have the option of paying a fee for utilizeof "premium" features. The focus is on player vs. player gameplay with each player controlling an armored vehicle, from the time of Pre-GlobeWar 2, to the Cold War-era.

Globeof Tanks has been ported to multiple gaming consoles. The PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One version, called Globeof Tanks Valor, was developed by studio Wargaming West. Globeof Tanks has also expanded to mobile platforms under the title Globeof Tanks Blitz, in addition to a board game titled Globeof Tanks Rush and a collectible vehicle game titled Globeof Tanks: Generals. Globeof Tanks was followed by Globeof Warplanes and Globeof Warships.

Gameplay

The player takes control of a single armored tank or self-propelled artillery carof their choice, and is territory into a fighton a random map. The player has control over the cars movement, firing, and shouldcommunicate with allied players and all the other players through kind or voice chat. A easyrandom match is won either by destroying all car on the opposing squador capturing the opposing squads base by staying in it for long enough without being damaged by another tank. There are other game modes that modifythe termsof the battle, but gameplay mechanics remain the same. Globeof Tanks include multiple game mechanics such as camouflage, shell ricochets, and module and personnel damage.

The players in Globeof Tanks shouldselectsix basickind of fight: random fight, team-training fight, tank-organizationfight, squadfight, stronghold fight and special fight. Historical Fightand Rampage are former options but have since been taken down for improvement due to badreception following their releases.[citation needed] Within random fight, players shouldalso participate in platoons, groups of two or three players who are put into the same team. There are also missions to be completed in the game modes for varying amounts of rewards. A random fightcontain up to 15v15 players; bots may be utilize to fill gaps.

Car

The car are modeled to closely resemble their counterparts in real life; however, certain parameters have been simplified or modified to fit game mechanics, and also better gameplay. Globeof Tanks has five different kind of car: light tanks, medium tanks, massivetanks, tank destroyers, and self-propelled artillery. The game currently contain over 600 armored car from Britain, China, Czechoslovakia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Poland, the Soviet Union, Sweden, and the United States. Each nation has a technicaltree with at least one branch of car ranging from tier I (lowest) to tier X; players progress by playing games in car in a branch. Additional premium and collectors' car are accessibleoutside the technicaltrees for moneyor in-game credits.

All car shouldbe customized to a certain degree, either visually or in rulesof performance, with the majority of parts (such as tracks, guns, tower, and engines) being modular parts purchased from the game's technicaltree. Various two-tone and three-tone camouflage schemes are accessiblefor all tanks as well, including both historically accurate patterns and game-specific, custom variants. Camouflage is accessiblefor temporary utilizeby paying with freely earned in-game credits, or for permanent utilizeby paying with gold purchased in the Globeof Tanks shopor won in an in-game event. Players shouldapply national flags, pre-designed slogans, and camouflage (that will slightly increase the possibilityof remaining undetected).

All car shouldmount three pieces of additional equipment, which vary from carto vehicle, and offer various advantages. Some equipment let the gun to fire faster, some increase the durability of certain parts of the vehicle, and some assistholdthe carhidden while stationary. Each carshouldcarry three consumables. Examples of these containrepair kits, medical kits, fire extinguishers or nation-specific extra rations that boost the tank's crew for the duration of a single battle.

GuildWars

GuildWars in Globeof Tanks has two main components: Strongholds and the Global Map. Each guildshouldhave its own stronghold, if the guilds commander wishes to construct one. Each stronghold launch with one spaceand shouldgrow to up to four space as the guilds membership increases. Many different kind of structures exist; however, only one of each shouldbe built. By consuming industrial resources, some structures generate special missions or reserves that shouldbe utilize to temporarily boost guildmembers' experience or credits, or enable artillery or airstrikes during a fightfor a stronghold. To build structures, industrial resources are required, which shouldbe won by attacking another stronghold or through skirmishes.

The Global Map is a collection of fronts on a map based on the real world. There are three fronts, one each for tiers 6, 8, and 10. Each front has provinces that generate gold for the guildthat currently owns it. A guildmay enter the global map by entering a competitionfor a specific province, in which they compete versusother guild and ultimately the current landowner.
